The French Club will sponsor a Canned Food Drive October 31- Nov 9th. Donations will benefit the Food bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina. 10/25/523 Announcements: Early bird deadline to order Cap and Gown and other senior items is Friday, Oct 27. After that date, prices will increase. Get your online orders in today. Underclassmen retake pictures will be held in Nov. 7th. If you did not have your pictures made please plan to be in attendance. The FCCLA Breast Cancer walk will be held during Ramped up B and C on Thursday Oct. 25th. You must donate in order to participate in this awesome event. Stop by 617, 614, or 601 to donate and get your wristband. All money will be donated to the Susan Komen Foundation. The Woman's basketball program will have a final interest meeting before tryouts on Friday during A lunch. Topics will include a recap of Fall Workouts, as well as information related to tryouts. 10/24/23 Announcements: Enter the library's 3rd Annual- Day of the Dead Contest. Stop by the library to select your choice of sugar skull artwork to decorate with stones, feathers, flowers -get creative! Submissions are due by this Thursday, 10/26, and voting will take place on 10/30 &10/31! Winners will receive prizes! The chorus will be selling "Boo" Candy/singing grams starting today October 24th-27th from 6:45 am-7:10am each morning. Grams are $1.00 and include a song serenade and candy treat bag.
The chorus will deliver these "Boo" grams on Tuesday, Oct 31st during 4th Block. They will be Sold outside the Chorus Room 508. See a Chorus member or R. Miller for more details. 10/20/23 Announcements: Congratulations to the men's cross country team on their win yesterday in the conference championship meet. The team was led by Connor Trullinger, who set a personal best time of 16:44- that's 5:23 per mile! The men and women's team set a total of 37 seasons best times yesterday and next head to the Regional Championship meet next Saturday. Congratulations to our Thursday College Application Winner, Andrew Holmes! Stop by Student Services to pick up your gift card to Bojangles or Ugly Mug. Counselors are holding application help sessions in the Media Center during 1st-3rd blocks today for help. The deadline for Deca dues are due today. Please turn your $20 in to Ms. Massengill or Ms. Clifton before 4th block. The deadline to apply for Spring 2024 CCP classes is Friday, October 27. This is for new CCP applicants.
