🕕 Time: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
But wait, the fun doesn't stop there! We need your help to make this event a treat-filled success. You can contribute by donating candy and non-candy items, which can be dropped off at the school until Oct 25.
🚗 If you'd like to participate with your vehicle, here are some guidelines to follow:
✅ Arrive in the bus parking lot between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
✅ Be ready by 6:00 p.m. to hand out candy.
✅ Stay until the event concludes at 8:00 p.m.
✅ Keep your decorations family-friendly and non-scary.

Do you know someone in the school district's workforce who goes above and beyond the call of duty? All full- and part-time permanent Johnston County Public Schools employees may be nominated by a fellow employee, parent, or member of the community. Winners will be notified at the employee's workplace and will receive a goody bag and a Certificate of Appreciation from Johnston County Public Schools. Each winner will be celebrated and recognized at the monthly Board of Education meeting. Johnston County Public Schools has an employee recognition program for Johnston County Public Schools employees. Each month a certified and classified employee will be recognized for the following traits:
• Demonstrates excellence in his/her job
• Exhibits a "teamwork" attitude
• Makes a significant contribution to the school district, employees, students and/or the community
• Supports the mission of Johnston County Public Schools exemplarily

Starting Monday, September 18, the VIP carpool parents can unload at 8:25 a.m. at the flag pole. Please wait with your students until someone helps them cross the road.
VIPs will pick up in the back bus parking lot in the afternoon at 3:50 p.m. Stay in your car with your tag visible so your student may be loaded when you are directed to move up.
Inside:
VIP students will meet in the office, and Ms. Freeman and/or Mr. Bates can walk them down. They will be announced around 3:45 to come to the office. VIP parents need to be ready for pickup in the back at 3:50.
Thank you to all the families who participated. Quarterly VIP ends on Friday, October 27.
