5/16/25 The Varsity Softball team picked up a 5-1 round 3 play off win over Gray's Creek yesterday. Karsyn Hudacky was the winning pitcher striking out 8. The Lady Rams will take on Garner at home tonight at 6pm.
5/13/25 Coach White: There will be a final Women's basketball interest meeting for anyone interested in playing next season on Thursday, May 15th during Ramped Up B in Coach White's room 32 7. We will discuss summer workouts & other summer events. Be sure to sign up in All Timely to attend.
5/12/25 Ms. Holloman: Shout out to ALL Special Olympics Athletes who competed Friday! Excellent Job! Also, a few very special "Thank you's " to : Mr. Kenny Watkins- Couldn't do it without you! Mr. Miller- The chorus was AMAZING! Ms. Tracy, Donna & Latoya! Our space was clean and bright for guests! Thank you! Our Front office staff-keeping the flow moving! Thank you! Ms. Rose: Today is the last day to complete an Intent to Run Form, if you are interested in joining Student Council next year. If you have any questions, see Ms. Rose, Ms. Daughtry, Ms. Johnston, Mr. A, Mr. Rainville, or Ms. Harrison. The Varsity Softball team picked up a round 2 playoff victory over Topsail Friday night. By a score of 2-0. Karsyn Hudacky was the winning pitcher striking out 12 Pirate batters. The Lady Rams are scheduled to play Gray's Creek at Home Tuesday at 6PM.
5/9/25 It's Special Olympics Day!! Teachers, please have students line-up outside your doors to celebrate all athletes! Games will begin @ 9 am in the Main Gym! Reminder: The main gym wing will be closed today until 4th block.

5/7/25 Coach Morris: The Varsity Softball Team picked up a 10-0 shut out victory over the Lumberton Pirates yesterday. Karsyn Hudacky pitched the no hitter for the Lady Rams. Striking out 9 Pirate batters. The Lady Rams will play at home Friday against Topsail. Congratulations to the girl's Soccer Team on their 3-0 victory against South Garner. Come out and support the Lady Rams on their senior night against Clayton at 6pm today! Coach White: There will be a final Woman's Basketball interest meeting on Thursday, May 15th, during Ramped Up B in Coach White's Room 327. We will discuss summer workouts and scheduled events. All interested in playing next year should sign up in the All Timely App.

4/30/25 CCP Seniors! Check the CCP Google Classroom for information regarding dates and times for CCP textbook return. You must clear your CCP account before graduation. Coach Dudash: Women's Flag Football will have an interest meeting today during Ramped Up A or B in Room 336. Important information about summer workouts will be discussed, as well as other updates for the fall season. Mr. Rainville: We want YOU to join our award winning Cleveland High School Marching Band! We have exciting plans for this fall and we don't want you to miss it! Plan to attend our Xperience Camp, May 5th-8th from 4-6 pm. In the band room! Emma Colton was the winning pitcher. Lailah cooper hit a homerun! Th JV softball team will end their season tonight @ Apex Friendship. The varsity softball team picked up a 10-1 victory over Willow friday Kendall Gaunt led the lady rams offensively with four hits. Karson hudack was the winning pitcher sticking out five storm batter the lady rams travel to garner tomorrow.
4/25/28 Tri-M Honor Society; Senior members, if you have completed any service hours during this year, please see Mr. Miller to log these hours for Honor Cord Eligibility for this year's graduation and induction ceremony. New Member Inductees and returning members; You will also see Mr. Miller to log/record any hours you have completed for service credit/recognition for the 2024-2025 school year. We will meet on Wednesday, April 30,2025 during Ramped Up A& Ramped Up B to discuss a special two part service project during early May and our Induction Ceremony in Mid-May. Coach Owen: On Thursday, the Cleveland Golf Team competed in the Johnston County Golf Championship at the Country Club of Johnston County in Smithfield. The Team finished 4th, and was led by Junior Brady Booth scoring a 1-over-par 73, tied for 1st Place. He went to a playoff for the individual championship, and came up just short, but congratulations to Brady on his outstanding round of golf. Mr. Capps: Yesterday the Johnston FFA Federation held officer elections for the 2025-2026 school year. Congratulations to Gavin Bledsoe and Ayden Capps for being selected as Federation Sentinel and Historian respectively. They will be inducted into office next week and serve for the next year. Student Council: Do you have a great car? Lifted truck? Incredible sound system in your ride? Come join us for our Cleveland Car Show tomorrow at JCC's Cleveland Campus. Registration is open at 8am. Win trophies in every category for year and make. Take home the "Best in Show" trophies or "People's Choice", too. Hope to see you there. Students: Listen carefully- If you plan on turning in an excused note for an absence these should be turned in before May 5th to be considered for an exam exemption. Thomas Johnson is a native of Liberia, Africa, and grew up in New York. He is an entrepreneur and wellness coach and will share his story with us. Coach Morris: The Varsity Softball Team picked up an 11-0 win over Corinth last night. Karsyn Hudacky was the winning pitcher and hit two home runs including a Grand Slam! The victory secures the Greater Neuse River Conference Championship!! The Varsity Softball team will travel to Willow Friday.
