One thing that we all will have to be sure to do is to get back into a "school routine!" We've had the summer to get our bodies into a different schedule and now we have to make sure that we practice and prepare getting ready to perform on a different schedule. We can practice going to bed and getting up at our regular school times. It will make those first days back a little less difficult. It takes a little time to develop a new system or habit, so start getting in the groove now!
