JCPS will host a Choice Programs Information Night on Tuesday, December 12, at Smithfield-Selma High, 6 PM to 8 PM. Attendees will be provided 15 minute information sessions about the various programs offered to 8th graders and a Q&A session. Students are able to apply for the programs now! The application window for students wanting to attend High School Choice Programs will end on February 21, 2024.

Hello Raven Families! Make a Difference for RMS this Holiday Season! Time is running out for our Charleston Wrap Holiday fundraiser. Monday, December 4th is the last day to order and have guaranteed delivery by December 25th. Lots of items to choose from including gifts, wrapping paper, kitchen items, and jewelry. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all JCPS campuses will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 22 - Friday, Nov. 24. 🦃

Johnston County Public Schools is proud to announce its Focus Schools Math Tutoring Program, designed to provide additional instruction to 2nd, 4th, and 7th grade math students at various school specific locations. In this program, students at Benson Elementary, Riverwood Middle, Selma Elementary, Smithfield Middle, and South Smithfield Elementary will have the opportunity to receive supplemental instruction that will help propel them to academic success! Tutors can earn up to $30 per hour based on licensure and welcomed to apply today!!!

Our students are performing 6% higher than last year this time! Kudos to all of our students and our tested subject teachers for getting it done in the classroom…and this is only the beginning! Hello Ravens! There are two things that you do NOT want to miss out on in the next two days...RAVENS JIBBITZ for your Crocs and MUSIC BINGO!!! Athletic Boosters will be at lunch tomorrow (Thursday) selling the new Ravens Jibbitz just in time for everyone to proudly wear them on Friday for Spirit Day! Cost is $5.
