Due to the forecast of inclement weather, the associated high wind and the uncertain timing, Johnston County Public Schools will be closed for all students on Monday, March 16, 2026, as well as all extracurricular activities. The district will operate under Condition 3 of the inclement weather plan.
Based on the guidance issued by local safety officials, the forecasted high winds will present hazardous travel for our school buses and potentially cause property damage.

This is Mrs. Singleton. The Spring semester is going well, and Spring Break is next week, March 9-13. March 16 is a required Teacher Workday, and students return to school on March 17.
The CTLA faculty and staff are proud of our students and their commitment to always do their best. I hope that they take time to rest, refresh, and rejuvenate. The last day of school is May 21, and that is just around the corner. The faculty and staff appreciate each of you for the support that you provide to your students and CTLA.
