Join us and countless people around the world on Friday, March 21st for World Down Syndrome Day by wearing people all around the world by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. March 21 is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Socks were chosen because the karyotype of Down syndrome chromosomes actually looks like mismatched socks! Can't wait to see your socks.

Don't forget our book fair began today and will run through Friday, March 7th. Students will visit the book fair on their Media Enhancement Day and all families and friends are invited to join us on Family Night on Thursday, March 6th from 4:30-6:30 PM.
The last day for the discounted price ($22) is 3/1, tomorrow. They will be $25 after tomorrow. The last day to order the yearbook is 4/4. After that, families will have to see if they can get one of the extras that the company sends to the school. Don't miss out!

Update on Class Pictures! We were incorrect when we stated that the previous code would work with online orders. We have provided the corrected information on Facebook, on our website, and will share out in Parent Newsletter this weekend. The envelopes sent home last month can still be used to send in cash or checks for pictures. Thanks for your patience.
American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge Update! Dragonflies, sign up for the challenge and raise $20 by Friday, February 28th and be entered into a raffle to win a stuffed duck!
