We love crayons, construction paper, pencils, and all things school supplies! Thank you to LS3P for donating a ton of school supplies and a wagon to our school! Our teachers loved choosing things for their classroom and students to prepare for the new school year.

After a long morning of learning about all the exciting new developments in JCPS, our staff enjoyed a lunch catered by Smithfield Chicken 'N BBQ and teas from Healthy Teas. Gathering in our houses not only filled our bellies but also strengthened our community bonds across grade levels and departments, making for a wonderful day!

Exciting news! Our amazing Tonya Smith has just sent out postcards to our fantastic 1st-5th graders. Keep an eye on your mailbox because your postcard is on its way! 📬 And for our eager Kindergarteners, the big reveal of who your teacher will be is happening at Open House. Get ready for a fun surprise! 🎈We can't wait to see all of our Bulldogs!!!!🐾🎉

Please share!

Good Evening Bulldogs,
Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade teachers have either reached out to you already or will reach out to you this week to let you know if your child is eligible for retesting. Any student that received "not proficient" on an EOG is eligible to come in for remediation on June 7 and retesting on June 10, 11, and/or 12. We have not yet met our goal as a school so we are encouraging all students to try again. Some were just one or two points away! Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided on remediation and retesting days. We will also operate on an early release schedule so students will dismiss at 1:45 pm. Please let your child's teacher know if your child will participate. We will also be sending home documentation to let you know how to access your child's scores. Have a wonderful evening!

So excited to celebrate with Mrs. Sarah Willoughby today!! She's was recognized today as Assistant Principal of the Month for May. Huge thanks to Old Fashioned Ice Cream for their support of our administrators and our schools.

Want to allow your child(ren) to purchase books from the Book Fair but don't want to send cash? No problem! Purchase a gift card and they are good to go! Literati gift cards are just like Scholastic's E-wallet. Students can bring in the gift card or the cashier can find it on the cash register app.
