Students have been working hard in art class to create an amazing work of art for our Art to Remember Fundraiser. An extra order form was sent home today. You can scan your child's QR code to order. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to purchase art supplies for our school. The deadline is April 23.

We had a wonderful Family Engagement event last week for our multilingual families. Parents and students enjoyed learning about and experiencing a part of Middle Eastern Culture.
JCPS is looking for Reading Buddy volunteers to help our students this summer! We need parents, grandparents, community members, and high school students to join our Summer Reading Camp participants during morning arrival.
Volunteers will listen to and encourage students as they develop their reading skills. No experience is required, but you will need to register and be a volunteer with JCPS before you begin.

We are so excited to celebrate Ms. Sarah Willoughby this week. She is our one and only Assistant Principal and helps keep things moving forward each and every day. We are beyond thankful for her leadership at WCES!
