For students following the traditional school calendar, Wednesday, December 20, 2023 is an early release day. Then students will be out of school from Thursday, December 21, 2023 - Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Students return to school on Wednesday, January 2, 2024.
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all JCPS campuses will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 22 - Friday, Nov. 24. 🦃
Johnston County Public Schools is proud to announce its Focus Schools Math Tutoring Program, designed to provide additional instruction to 2nd, 4th, and 7th grade math students at various school specific locations.
In this program, students at Benson Elementary, Riverwood Middle, Selma Elementary, Smithfield Middle, and South Smithfield Elementary will have the opportunity to receive supplemental instruction that will help propel them to academic success!
Tutors can earn up to $30 per hour based on licensure and welcomed to apply today!!!

Strawbridge Studios will be at school on Friday, November 3 for any student who did not take fall pictures in September and any student who would like a retake. If you would like a retake for your child, the parent will need to either let the teacher know or call the school at 919-934-8979.
