Leading with the Heart
❤️ Last night, JCPS proudly celebrated our 2026 Leading with the Heart recipients! ❤️

Inspired by the book “Leading with the Heart,” written by Mike Krzyzewski, the event recognizes one staff member from each school and various central services departments. Honorees were nominated by their peers based on several factors, including an enduring commitment to their role, a positive attitude, and an undeniable lasting impact on others.

We honor all 54 recipients for their commitment and their work that does not go unnoticed. Thank you! ✨

We will have two home basketball games this week. We play Selma at home on Monday, January 12th. And on Thursday, January 15th, we play host to Benson. Admission is $5.00. We hope families are able to come out to support our Knights!

On Wednesday night this week, we have a special family event, "Celebrating our Voices, Multilingual Night. Come out and join us and engage in a variety of multilingual activities.

Students will receive printed report cards on Tuesday, January 13th. Please be sure to review your child’s academic progress as well as the information that is provided in the envelope. Students should return signed report card envelopes to their homeroom teachers as soon as possible.

As always, please continue to visit our school website or contact the front office if you have any questions or concerns. We are more than willing to assist in any way possible. Go Knights!
