Before the Open House, here are a list of items to complete:
Beginning of Year Documents (Parent Guardian Verification Form, Publication Permission Form, Tech and Digital Citizenship Agreement)
Polenta Carpool Tag Request (this form will close an hour before open house)
At the Open House, we will having information regarding:
Transportation Tags for BOTH Carpool and Buses
Updating student information
Before/After School Care
Polenta PTA
Girls Scouts
Boy Scouts
