There will be a mandatory parent/student driver's ed meeting on Tuesday, March 25th in the North Johnston cafeteria promptly at 6:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. This meeting is for any student who has completed 8th grade and will be 15 years old or older by September 25, 2025. Students will need to bring an electronic device. Registration takes place at the meeting. Parents and students must be present for the entire meeting. Class will be March 31st through April 23rd from 2:25 p.m. until 5:25 p.m.

Congratulations to the 2024/2025 NJHS Battle of the Books team. They placed 4th in the Battle of the Books Competition on Tuesday, February 25th. We are so proud of them! This team of readers had an excellent day, scoring 101 points overall. Well done!


On January 30th, one of our very own seniors, Hannah Arant, was presented by the Board of Education and Dr. Bracey with the award for being the highest scored Soprano 2 for Johnston County High School Honors Choir. The Special Recognitions Ceremony took place at West Johnston High School. Hannah is a member of the North Johnston High School Honors Chorus and has participated in Johnston County HS Honors Choir all four years of High School. She has auditioned for NC Honors Chorus and also participated in Eastern Regional Choir (formerly All State). We are very proud of her accomplishments!
