How it Works:

You get to work in a field you're passionate about with a partner! You and your partner team-teach and divide the work-load for a class of students. Job Sharing for retirees is considered a temporary job-sharing position based on state guidelines (State Employee Handbook 17.1.3; Section 1.1.1)

Benefits/Salary/Work Schedules:

• Benefits are not included

• Salary is based on retiree state pay grade

• Retirees collaborate with principals on days of work
