If you decide to change your planned associate degree, you will need to complete a Change of Pathway form through JCC. You can find this form in the Jaguar Portal (where you log in to access Self Service and Blackboard).

Select Student Forms and then Add/Change Program Form.

You will need to enter your JCC ID, last name, and date of birth for the full form to load.

Please note that the form will sometimes not load using JCC Public Wifi.
