Clayton Middle School has officially wrapped up its annual Support the Troops Donation Drive, marking one of its most successful efforts to date. Over the weekend, Mrs. Fitzgerald and her family delivered the largest donation the school has ever provided to NC Support Our Troops.
The success of this year’s campaign reflects the ongoing generosity of CMS students, staff, families, and the wider Clayton community. Contributions poured in from both local supporters and individuals beyond the area, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting service members overseas.

In addition to community contributions, the drive received an unexpected donation from MrBeast, further adding to the impact of this year’s collection.
The school also recognized the CMS Social Studies Department for organizing and coordinating the initiative. Their continued leadership ensures the donation drive remains a meaningful tradition at Clayton Middle School.
