Below is the application to excuse a family sponsored trip. It is the parents' responsibility to plan worthwhile objectives and activities for a family sponsored educational trip. Information must be completed in full by parent or legal guardian.
Trips are discouraged for the first and last weeks of school and during EOG testing. Students will be excused only in extreme circumstances.
This form must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the trip.
Prior approval must be obtained before absences can be exused.
You may only sponsor 1 trip per year and only four (4) school days will be excused.
