School Board Recognizes Hayden Tedesco for Showing Great Character

Hayden Tedesco demonstrates perseverance daily as a fifth grade student.  As a 100% virtual student this year, she has met every challenge and continued to show significant growth even during this difficult time. Hayden loves to learn and is willing to advocate for her own success. She enjoys science and is always looking for experiments to try.  Hayden was a valued member of the Science Olympiad team last year.  Hayden also has a love of all types of music.  Last year she participated in strings, playing the violin.

Hayden has the desire to be a future scientist or pediatrician.  Outside of school Hayden spends time reading and playing Roblox with her friends.

Hayden exemplifies what it means to put forth that extra effort in her work each and every day! In her virtual math class, she demonstrates a true desire to learn - and goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She models patience and perseverance daily -- while keeping a positive attitude.  She has an ‘eager to succeed’ mindset - a trait that will take her far in life!

Her dedication to her academic work, as well as her respect and kindness to others,  makes her an asset to our Wilson’s Mills’ student body!
