Meningococcal Vaccinations

Changes in NC law require one dose of the Meningococcal vaccine for 12th grade students if not received at age 16.  Clinics will be held at SSS on 9/22 at 2:30-6:30 and 9/29 at 2:30-6:30.  Register here and bring your child's vaccine record and insurance card.
