Battle of the Books Team
12 Smithfield Middle Knights competed in the district's Battle of the Books competition on Friday, February 24th; they were coached by Mrs. Beadle and Ms. Hewitt. Students read books from a list established by the state Battle of the Books committee and compete in a quiz-bowl-style tournament to test their knowledge of these books.
