New Wellness Opportunity for JCPS Students, Staff, and Families
Johnston County Public Schools is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of our students, staff, and families. With that in mind, we are excited to announce to you our partnership with Care Solace, a mental health care coordination service.
If your student, yourself, or another member of your family is looking for help with mental health or substance abuse, Care Solace will quickly connect you to community providers matched to your needs. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential service that will now be provided to all JCPS students, staff, and their families.
Care Solace’s team is available 24/7/365 and can support our community in any language. If you would like to use Care Solace to help find a provider you have multiple options. You can:
-
Call 888-515-0595 (available 24/7/365)
-
Search on your own OR click “Book Appointment” for assistance by video chat, email, or phone via caresolace.com/johnstonk12.
-
Or reach out to your school’s Student Services staff.
It is our hope that this service will help expand access to community mental health and substance use treatment providers for our JCPS family. Care Solace provides a team who can quickly and confidentially find available providers in the community. This service equips our school system with a customized tool that gives community members a way to anonymously search for community-based providers to match their needs.
Please note that this service supports the coordination of mental health support and does not provide the support directly. For this reason, if you or someone you know are experiencing a mental health crisis please call 988 or text HOME to 741741 to connect to Crisis Text Line.
Again, Care Solace is now available at no direct cost to Johnston County Public Schools students, staff, and their families. For more information about Care Solace, please visit caresolace.com/johnstonk12.
