As you are aware, Johnston County Public Schools will resume Plan A on Monday, April 12. Plan A is in-person learning, four days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday will continue to serve as an asynchronous learning day for students. We are asking families to complete the attached google form if they would like to change their child’s instructional delivery from face-to-face to virtual instruction or from virtual to face-to-face instruction by Monday, March 29 by 3:30 p.m so that the administration can effectively plan. Parents will need to complete the form for each middle school child in the home. This form should only be completed by parents wishing to change the instructional delivery of their child. If you do not wish to make a change, please do not complete the form.
To ensure a safe return to our school building, we would like to highlight that mask-wearing and screenings will still be required until further notice. We will continue to take precautionary measures such as sanitizing rooms and buildings, encouraging physical distancing, and using outdoor spaces when appropriate and necessary.
As always, please visit our school website or contact the front office if you have any questions or concerns. We are more than willing to assist in any way possible. Thank you for your continued support of Riverwood Middle School!
