Riverwood Middle School has openings on its Advisory Council for the 2019-2020 school year. The primary purpose of the Advisory Council is to serve in an advisory capacity to the principal on matters that affect the school and to provide a means for stakeholders to have an integral part in the decision-making process at the school.
Advisory Council members can be parents, grandparents, or guardians. In addition, two members may be at-large community members. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated community and school involvement. The Advisory Council meets once per academic quarter (4 to 6 times per school year).
