Deadline to apply - October 9. 
Students begin with completing the JCC application for admission and printing off the Application Agreement Form.

Application Instructions

Spring 2020 applications may be submitted beginning September 2, 2019.
Do not "Apply to JCC" before this date.
Application packets must be finalized by October 9, 2019.

Step 1

Apply to JCC

  • Entrance Status: Career and College Promise

  • Program of Study: your CCP Pathway

  • Retain confirmation number

Step 2

Print and sign the JCC Application Agreement Statement (both student and parent signatures)

Step 3

Complete the CCP Student Eligibility Form -   This is not available yet - check back for update. 

Step 4

Contact your CCP representative to finalize your JCC application packet that will include:

  • JCC Application Agreement Statement

  • Transcripts and test scores

  • Homeschool name and identification number (homeschool students)

  • Principal Letter of Support (provisional status students)

  • Signature of CCP Representative (non-JCPS students)

  • JCC student placement NCDAP assessment (students who have not taken a college readiness assessment)

Step 5

Schedule an advising appointment after receiving your JCC acceptance letter

The deadline to apply to CCP for the spring semester is October 9.
Students must apply to JCC and return the signed JCC Application Agreement Statement (both student and parent signatures) to the high school Student Services Office before they can schedule an appointment to meet with a CCP representative to finalize their application packet.

These are the 4 steps you must complete in order to take CCP classes:

1.     ☐ Complete the JCC application at this site:

2.  ☐    Print the Application Agreement, you and your parent sign it, and return it to 

your CCP Representative or school counselor (if you do not have a printer, write 

down the confirmation number, obtain signatures, and return it to your CCP rep or counselor)

3.  ☐ When you return the signed JCC Application Agreement to Student Services 

at your high school, pick up an JCPS MOU Agreement, a CCPSurvey, and 

schedule an appointment to meet your CCP School Representative.

These Steps MUST be Completed by October 9, 2019 - No Exceptions

4.  ☐      When you meet with your CCP Representative, return your MOU signed by 

you and a parent and your CCP Survey.  During the meeting, you will discuss 

your career goals, eligibility, and select your CCP pathway.  You will also complete 

the CCP Student Eligibility Form if you have not already done so from this site:
