The 2017-2018 Panther Prints yearbook was dedicated to Coach Tim Jones this afternoon in the NJHS gymnasium. In front of the entire study body, Advisor Cindy Fry introduced the previous and current Panther Prints staff and made the announcement of the dedication of the fall-published book.
Voted on by the senior class and kept a surprise all last year, this honor is a long-standing tradition at NJHS. Several members of Coach Jones' family, including his daughter, NJHS graduate and NCSU freshman, Kaylee, and his NJHS Junior Hunter, were in attendance for the presentation. Coach Jones reminded the student body that they too were a part of his family, that he sees his job to prepare students for the world ahead of them. He thanked the yearbook staff and the school.
