Morning Announcements 11-07-19

A new morning traffic pattern will be starting on Tuesday. Student drivers need to go to the school website to review the new pattern and ask questions. 11/11

 

Applications for the Triangle Youth Leadership Conference are available now. This workshop brings students from grades 9 through 12 together at NC State University for leadership development, keynote speakers and service. Email your counselor for more information. Applications are due Nov.15th. 11/8

Attention Cleveland High School - The Senior SCA is proud to announce we are holding our very first MISTER Cleveland Pageant Monday night, Nov. 18th. This is sure to be a fun and entertaining event! Please come out and support our contestants as they compete for the title of Mr. Cleveland 2019. In addition to the title-holder, we will also have a People’s Choice winner, so come and cast your vote! Tickets are only $10 for this Inaugural Pageant. Make plans to join us Nov. 18th at 6:30pm! 

 

Attention students: Sophomore Student Council is hosting a car smash to support the Rams against South Johnston this Friday. On Thursday and Friday to sign up for the car smash for A & B lunches. Where you can hit the car once for $1 or 3 times for $2. 11/8 

Seniors- Stop by room 224 to select the picture you want in the yearbook. The last day to select your pose is 11/15.

Cleveland FFA is having a meeting during B Lunch. Don’t forget to sign up in Ram Time Wednesday night. Bring back your boxes by Thursday even if they are not filled! We will be filling extras at our meeting. 11/7

 

Is the sugar rush from Halloween over and do Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks feel like they are years away? Ram Time Theatre has the perfect solution. Seniors - do you need help getting started on your FAFSA?  Sign up at bit.ly/cvhscfnc2049 so you can receive your pass for the FAFSA help session with the counselors tomorrow. 10/30/19

Interested in learning how to spin a flag? Join spin club Wednesdays during B Lunch in the Band Room. Be sure to sign up for Cleveland Arts Spin Club in Ram Time. 12/11

 

The Cleveland High School Chorus will present a Singing Supper on November 7th at 6:00pm. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children 6 and under. Come and enjoy a Spaghetti Dinner while being entertained by the students of the Chorus! Hope to see you there! 11/7
