Meadow Fire Department Visits Our Tribe

On Tuesday, October 5th the Meadow Fire Department stopped by Meadow School.

Fire Prevention Week was held October 3-9 this year.  As part of Fire Prevention Week, the Meadow Fire Department stopped by with 2 trucks to teach fire safety to our PreK through 2nd grade students.  Led by Captain Ryan Parker, the guys taught the students fire safety, and then let the students spray water from a hose and walk through a truck.  Our students had a blast, and were excited to receive activity bags and firefighter hats to take home.  These guys were well prepared, taught our students so much, and gave them an experience that they will always remember.  We are so thankful to have such great neighbors to our school.
