Current Student Renewal Process

Current 9th-12th grade ECA students, it's time to renew your seat for next year! This is to indicate your intention to remain at ECA for the 2023-24 school year, and it must be completed by March 31, 2023.

To complete the renewal process, visit the Family Dashboard at and select "Early College / Degree Programs - Renewal" (NOT the School Reassignment Renewal).

The account you need to log in to will be tied to the email address used when you completed your initial application to ECA as an 8th grader. Some of you completed the application yourselves using your own JCPS email, and some students applied with the help of a parent using their email address. If you're not sure, you'll need to use the "reset password" link for any email address you think might have been associated with your initial application.

Please refer to this help guide for assistance with completing the process. When asked to enter your Zoned School, this is the high school you would be attending if you were not at ECA.
