First Year Teacher of the Year

Presenting Lauren Jarman-FOES Outstanding First Year Teacher
Four Oaks Elementary is proud to choose Lauren Jarman as our Outstanding First Year Teacher.  Ms. Jarman teaches second grade and is a vital member of our staff.   She has participated on our PTA and volunteered before she became a teacher.  She completed a maternity leave for almost a year as she was finishing her student teaching.  She has been flexible and worked at multiple grade levels within our school as a substitute, interim teacher, and now as a classroom teacher.  Mrs. Jarman strives to always offer the best possible instruction to her students and is strong in all three aspects of the JCPS instructional model: Plan, Implement, and Reflect. As an added bonus, her children attend Four Oaks Elementary and Four Oaks Middle School. She will join other nominees from other schools in the county and one will be recognized as Johnston County Public School's Outstanding First Year Teacher on April 15th. Please join us in congratulating Ms. Jarman for this honor.

Congratulations to our First Year Teacher of the Year: Lauren Jarman!
