School Nutrition Meal Benefits Application

Meal Benefit applications (free or reduced breakfast/lunch) for the 2022-2023 school year are now available. Households may apply for meal benefits using the Meal Benefit Application link listed below.

It is important to note that students must be registered in the Johnston County Public School system before applying for meal benefits. 

Households must reapply for School Nutrition Meal Benefits prior to the start of each academic school year for the services to be in place on the first day of school. 

2022-2023 School Year Meal Prices:

Preschool - 12th Grade Breakfast: $2.25

Preschool - 8th Grade Lunch:  $3.00

9th - 12th Grade Lunch: $3.50

Just as a reminder....

JCPS Transportation Services and School Nutrition are hosting a Summer Information Fair at each high school. The information fair will provide parents an opportunity to request, verify, and ensure their student has bus transportation and a meal service plan prior to the opening of school. Families will have an opportunity to apply for meal benefits while on site.

The summer information fair for all schools in our area will be held at Clayton High School (in the cafeteria) on August 2, 2022 from 1:00 to 7:00 PM.
