Cleveland Arts Winter Ensemble/ Rainville

Congratulations to the Cleveland Arts Winter Ensembles for their fantastic performances this weekend. The World Winds, Open Percussion and A Guard performed at West Johnston High School on Saturday. All three groups earned first place in their class. The Open Guard traveled to the WGI Charlotte Regional Championship where they performed in prelims and finals. The Open Guard earned first place in their class and were named WGI Charlotte Scholastic Open Regional Champion. The Open Guard received a score of 82.8 and is currrentl;y ranked first in the Country! We are so proud of all of our Cleveland Arts Winter Ensembles! Way to go!! This Saturday all 3 Cleveland Arts Guards will compete at Green Level HS. We also have 10 Cleveand students that will be attending the North Carolina All-State Honors Band auditions in Winston-Salem.Best of luck to all!

Women’s Basketball/ Coach White

The Women’s basketball program will have its end of season meeting tomorrow during A Lunch in Coach White’s room 327. All returners are expected to attend & turn their practice jerseys in at this time. Topics covered will include post season evaluations & Spring workouts. Be sure to sign up tonight in Ram Time.

The Environmental Club members should stop by Mrs. Evans’ room(322) anytime this week to pick up important paperwork. Our next meeting will be on Thursday, March 27th during Ram Time A.

JCC Cosmetology/ Barnhart

Are you interested in Cosmetology? We will have the Cosmetology instructors from JCC here to present about the ins and outs of the training and the career. The session will be A & B lunches on Friday. Reserve your space by Thursday ay bit.ly/cvhsevents. You will be loaded into Ram Time.

Ms. Haynes, the CCP Director, will be at CVHS on Wednesday. Current or interested CCP students can sign up to meet with Ms. Haynes to ask questions. Sign up at bit.ly/cvhsevents.

Yarn Club/ Standley

Yarn Club is hosting a food drive from February 13th through February 28th. Please help us by bringing in non-perishables, canned goods, or toiletries. All items will be donated to the Smithfield Rescue Mission, a local homeless shelter. Donations can be given to Ms. Standley in room 228. Teachers can call Ms. Standley and she will arrange a pick up.
