Morning Announcements 10-14-19

Junior SCA is hosting their annual Penny Wars all of next week!  Check your emails today to nominate your favorite teacher for a donut eating competition.  The most popular nominee from the winning grade that brings in the most change will go head to head with a student at the PEP Rally.  Check your emails and start looking through your couch cushions for spare change! 10-11

 

The Freshman PowerPuff team will practice on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 2-3 p.m.  The meeting will be held in Room 605 each day. 10-11 through 10-16

 

FCCLA will meet during lunch B and C on October 15th, the last day to join the club is October 31st.  Cost is $25

The Lady Rams Volleyball Team had an amazing night last night as they beat a very good Clayton team.  The teamwork and passion was unreal. The support from everyone who made the trip was amazing so thank you!  Grace Kane led the Rams with 18 kills with Kelli Thomas with 14 kills. Eve Fulton dominated the net with 12 blocks with freshman Alayah Robertson adding 7 blocks.  Mary Beth Barnes set the tone with 60 assists! Great job girls!! 10-11

 

The Ladies Golf Team took second place at the County Match at Reedy Creek yesterday.  Darby Reeder was the medalist shooting a 38 on 9 holes. The Lady Rams have their final conference match on Tuesday at Reedy Creek.  10-11

 

The Swim Team interest meeting will be tomorrow during A Lunch.  Please sign up in RAM Time. The next interest meeting will be October 18th.  10-10 and 10-11

 

There will be an ECU Prospective Student event this Monday, October 14th at 6:30 p.m. in Raleigh.  Email your Counselor for details. Registration is required. 10-10 and 10-11
