Grifols supports CHS with Community Relations Grant
The Clayton High School Media Center would like to thank Grifols for their Community Relations Grant award to support media center programming for the 2020-2021 school year. Through their generous gift, the media center was able to provide our students, Book Club and the Battle of the Books teams with 54 books and competition practice resources for students to use in virtual club meetings. In addition, the grant enabled the Computer Science Club to purchase a Micro:bit V2 pocket-sized computer for each member to practice programming skills and create group projects. Remote learning has held challenges for students who miss the interaction with their peers. Thank you, Grifols, for supporting our students and funding projects that bridge the gap for students and allow them to engage in creative learning opportunities.
