Foods Classes meet Executive Chef

On Friday, November 16th, Ms. Barbour's Foods Classes had the opportunity to learn more about the Culinary Institute of America, located in New York City.  The students had the chance to meet Lecturing Instructor, Sean Kahlenberg, a once executive chef of four restaurants located in Las Vegas.  Chef Kahlenberg showed the students different knife skills that are used in the restaurant industry as well as offer them a taste of risotto, a famous Italian dish.  Students were able to ask questions about the CIA and the different programs they offer.
