Weekly Update for May 2nd - 6th

This week we are on our regular bell schedule, As a reminder, there will be no more club schedules for the remainder of the year.

The AP Exam Schedule begins tomorrow and runs the next two weeks. Teachers of AP courses have communicated with their students regarding the logistics and processes around the AP exams each day. If a student is in need of transportation to the testing site, they need to communicate with their teacher. Students may report directly to the Clayton Civitan to test and are dismissed for the day when they are through with testing.

The spring 2022 exam schedule will begin on May 21st. Each student should review this information and plan accordingly.

Evening Academy continues this week Monday through Thursday from 2:30 - 5:30. The last day of regular Evening Academy is Thursday, May 12th. Students must sign up beforehand to attend and can sign up a week in advance. Information can be found in student emails, on our website, and on flyers posted throughout the school. As a reminder, students must be working while in Evening Academy - those who are not actively working or are a disruption to the environment will be dismissed and will face possible school disciplinary measures.

Senior parents, please be advised that you will get a separate communication each week regarding senior events and announcements. Seniors and parents should check their email regularly for information for the remainder of the school year.

Finally, this week is teacher appreciation week. We are grateful for all of our teachers, support staff, and educational assistants for all they do for our students, school, and community. Especially in this trying year, we are extremely thankful for our quality teachers and staff. I encourage all of you to please extend your support and gratitude to our teachers this week and for that matter, each and every day.
