Two JCVA students Recognized by the Board of Education for Perseverance

The character trait perseverance defines the nature of every JCVA Lynx! Perseverance is  persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.

Jayla McClammy (9th) and Ella Mercier (5th) are students at the Johnston County Virtual Academy that was recognized at the Johnston County Board of Education May Meeting for their exemplary demonstration of the character trait perseverance.   These  two students  spearheaded the school's yearbook  team that worked tirelessly and achieved great success as a result.

They led by example and motivated others to stay on task despite any challenges that may have been present.

JCVA is proud to celebrate  their accomplishments and look forward to all they will accomplish in the years to come.
