  • Congratulations, Mrs. Laura Chavis

Hello everyone out there in our Four Oaks Community. I am Laura Chavis the cafeteria manager at Four Oaks Elementary. We have done a lot of exciting things this school year in Child Nutrition. We had a Hurricane in October and due to the devastation we fed our kids free meals for two weeks. My staff and I all dressed in appropriate costumes during Spirit Week. The kids loved it. Along with the help of Laura Fite and her students our school had a garden. They planted and watched their garden grow and when it was ready to harvest they brought me the harvest and we cooked it for them.
