My name is Cheryl Wright. This is my second year at Cleveland High School. I am a native of Providence Rhode Island; however, I currently live in Franklin County. I am involved in various community projects. My pedagogy is based on constructivism and on 21st century learning skills. As an educator and facilitator of learning, I believe every student can obtain intellectual growth. I am affiliated with groups that enrich student intellect. I am a member of Delta kappa Gamma Society for Professional Women Educators; I have served a Chapter President and Regional Director. I am a member of Alpha Kapa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I have a passion for animals, and for the theater.
I am honored to be on the Cleveland High School Team collaborating with teachers and administrators to help our students be their best selves. Cleveland proud!

The Johnston County Education Foundation has changed its grant process from a three cycle a year process, to a once a year process. The grant deadline will now be November 15th each year and Grant Patrol will be held on the first Wednesday of December.
