School Improvement Plan
West Johnston High School continually works to improve student achievement and a positive campus climate. A team of teachers, administrators, parents, and students form a School Improvement Team, which creates an annual plan focusing on ways to better our school and its impact on the students and families in our community.
Our plan can be found on NCStar, a web-based tool that guides a district or school team in charting its improvement and managing the continuous improvement process. NCStar builds accountability as well as helps schools track their improvement plans.
