Swift Creek Elementary School Improvement Plan Goals 2025-2026

Goal  #1

Overall Achievement Goal: By June 2026, Swift Creek Elementary will increase overall proficiency by 5 percentage points from 59.2% to 64.2% measured by the EOG reading, math, and science scores for grades 3-5. Reading will improve from 56.8% to 61.8%, Math will improve from 61.5% to 66.5% and achieve at least 75% proficiency on Science EOG .

Reading  from 56.8% to 61.8%

Math  from 61.5% to 66.5%

Science to at least 75%

Goal #2

By June 2026, Swift Creek Elementary will increase proficiency Black students in Reading from  36% to 41% and in Math from 40% to 45% as measured on the End of Grade Reading and Math Test. 

Goal #3

By June 2026, Swift Creek Elementary will demonstrate at least 80% sense of belonging for Students and staff as measured by the Panorama Student Support and Environment Survey and Staff survey.
