River Dell Elementary School

PBIS is a school-wide systems approach for establishing a positive school culture and clear behavior expectations to achieve both social and academic success for all students.  Our students, faculty, and staff have worked to develop our school-wide expectations matrix (see below).

Posters indicating the setting, expectations, and procedures are posted throughout the school building to provide specific student expectations in all areas of the school.  We use "Selfies with Administrators" to reward/recognize outstanding Racer behavior.
