Our program is designed to be a safe, stimulating environment for students whose family situations or schedules require child care before or after school.  After school care students have the opportunity to work on homework and time for outside play. Please read the handbook for more information about our programs. 

Only the parent or legal guardian may complete this registration form. If any information needs to be changed throughout the school year, please see the Before/After School Care Personnel.

REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD.

Due to the high demand of families wanting to enroll in Before & After School Care, spaces are limited. Once the limit is reached, our families will be notified by phone call or email they are being placed on a waiting list.

It is our primary responsibility to make sure that our staff to student ratio is safe for all who attend. As you apply, our director will email or call you to let you know if you have received a spot or if you have been placed on the waiting list.
