I am Carson Cataliotti and I am excited and honored to be serving as the Principal of Micro Elementary. I have served as an Assistant Principal at South Smithfield Elementary and at Thanksgiving Elementary.  Prior to serving as a school administrator I taught first grade for eight years. I received both my undergraduate degree and graduate degree from East Carolina University. Go Pirates!!! I have three children Reaves , Hayes and Wells. I believe that being an educator is my calling and truly enjoy serving our staff, students and their families. With 17 years of experience in education and a passion for student success, I am committed to supporting the mission and vision of Micro Elementary School. My background includes a strong focus on data collection, collaboration, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders to ensure student growth and achievement. During my years of service I have had the opportunity to work in various settings and roles from PreK through 5th grade. I have previously taught at River Dell Elementary School and South Smithfield Elementary School, where I also completed my School Administration Internship from East Carolina University. I am excited to contribute my skills and expertise to further enhance the educational experience of our students.

I believe in the power of open communication and partnerships between educators, students, and parents. Together, we can create a supportive and enriching learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to ensure academic excellence at MES.
