Our program is designed to be a safe, stimulating environment for students whose family situations or schedules require child care before or after school.  After school care students will have a designated quiet time for homework to be completed and time for outside play. Please read the linked information with more details about our programs. 

For your Child’s Safety, Only the parent or legal guardian may complete this registration form. If any information needs to be changed throughout the school year, please see the Before/After School Care Personnel.

THIS REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD.

It is our primary responsibility to make sure that our staff to student ratio is safe for all who attend. Due to the high demand of families wanting to enroll in Before/After School Care, we have to put a limit on the number of students that can attend. Our director will email you to let you know once payment can be received.

Our registration form can be found HERE. There will also be copies at open house. Again, this is first come, first served. Registering online will be the most efficient.

Dual Before/After Care Guardian Information  Registration fee: $15.00 per child 

Before School Care Guardian Information  Registration fee: $10.00 per child 

After School Care Guardian Information  Registration fee: $10.00 per child

Before School: 6:45-8:25 am

After School: 3:55 - 6:00 pm

(You may not pick up until carpool is completed at 4:30)

Pickups after 6pm will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute per child. Payable at time of late pickup. OSP will be our new online payment method once everyone is signed up.
