Mr. Michael Williams

My name is Michael Williams. I am a third year teacher here at Smithfield-Selma High School. I recently got married to the love of my life. I graduated from NC State University and currently live in the Johnston County area. I love working with students and helping them create a path to their dream of becoming the best person that they can be. Because I too also graduated from SSS, I know and understand many of the students that walk the halls. I look forward to growing, supporting, encouraging, and mentoring students each day to inspire them to accomplish their goals of becoming successful.

Mr. Williams teaches 9th grade NC Math I, and 10th grade NC Math II. He is the Head Coach for the JV Boys Basketball team and serves as the assistance coach for the Varsity Boys Basketball team. He is active on the AVID Site Team and serves as an Advisor on the School Student Government.
