Mr. Aaron Bentley
My name is Aaron Bentley and I will be teaching 7th grade science. This will be my 4th year teaching in the middle school setting, and I am very excited to join the Phantom Phamily! I recently moved to North Carolina with my fiance and our two dogs. I was born and raised in Southern California, but lived in Central Florida for the last 5 years. I am a die hard Michigan Wolverines Fan! If I am not spending time with my family, I can be found playing disc golf throughout the area, kayaking or taking my dogs on adventures! Looking forward to what this abnormal school year has to offer, but we have to make the best of the situation and continue to learn and have fun while doing so!

The Johnston County Board of Education voted to return all Pre-K and EC-Self Contained students to Plan B, four days per week, beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 19. These students will participate in face-to-face instruction on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesday serving as a remote learning day. All other students in grades K-12 will remain on Plan C until Monday, Feb. 1.
On December 8th 2020, the Johnston County School Board of Education voted to return to Plan C (Remote Learning), we would like to provide an update to parents and guardians of options to complete state-mandated End-of-Course (EOC) and Career/Technical Education Post Assessment testing.
Every JCPS parent was to fill ou the Second Semester Choice form to choose either the Virtual Program OR face-to-face instruction for each of their students by Monday, Nov. 30. If you were unable to fill out the form by Nov. 30 please contact your child's school for assistance. The form was to be filled out for ALL students in grades PreK-12.
