Ms. Rebecca Hutfilz
I am Rebecca Hutfilz, and I am delighted to teach science at CTLA. I teach chemistry to fourth year students, and Earth science to Freshmen. I am a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, where I completed my undergraduate studies on a full tuition academic scholarship. I'm relatively new to North Carolina, but when I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy the beach and all types of sewing crafts.
My schedule is as follows:
1st Block: Chemistry
2nd Block: Lunch/PACK Time
3rd Block: Earth Science
4th Block: Planning
Dear CTLA Students and Parents, Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, and all the changes and hardships that have come with it, JCC has made the decision to waive all Activity and CAPS fees for high school students for the Fall 2020 semester. This means that ALL high school dual-enrolled students will be eligible for a ONE-TIME FALL 2020 WAIVER of Activity and CAPS fees. Technology fees and course-specific fees will still apply and will be billed accordingly. Please contact the JCC Cashiers Office for additional information at 919-209-2165. Thank you.
