Mrs. Mandy Bowden
Welcome Back to a new school year! I am excited to be your Technology teacher again this year.
My name is Mandy Bowden and this will be my 23rd year at McGee's Elementary. I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters and one awesome Granddaughter. I have been a Teacher Assistant (TA) in numerous grade levels but Kindergarten is by far my favorite. I have also been the Director of After School Care program for the past 9 years. Last year I added Director to Early Morning Care as well. In January 2020, I took over the Computer Lab and WebMaster responsibilities at McGee's. It has been a challenging journey especially with COVID-19 impacting the end of 2019-2020 school year. In 2020 I took on yet another challenge. I designed our school yearbook. I enjoyed this new task and l am looking forward to continuing to improve and make our school's yearbook one of the best. I LOVE anything Snowman (Olaf) and Weinie Dogs (Daschund). I love to read and play card games with my family. I have 2 dogs, a Daschund named Peanut and a Black Lab/Weimer Mix named Minnie.
Stay safe and healthy.
