Mr. James Lashley
I grew up on the coast of North Carolina until attending college at East Carolina University. There I majored in Hispanic Studies Education and spent some time studying in public and private schools in Argentina. After graduating from ECU I moved to Johnston County and began my teaching career as a K-8 Spanish teacher at Meadow School. During this time I also earned my Master's in Education for English as Second Language from UNCW. During my third year of teaching I taught K-5 ESL and 6-8 Spanish. After that, I transferred to Cooper where I have been teaching K-5 English as a Second Language. I love learning, languages, traveling, and experiencing other cultures.
