My name is Sandra Mejia; I am a Participate bilingual teacher with a NC teaching license originally from Colombia. I am the forth grade Dual language program teacher, and this year I will be teaching the students enrolled for face to face instruction. I will be instructing in both English and Spanish.

I am highly qualified for languages literacy instruction. As my strengths promoting ans supporting the development of a second language proficiency through different methods that are centered in the students' interest. The motivation in the learning process is something significant in my lessons. I always try to provide the best environment for my students. 

I am a responsible, enthusiastic, creative, engaging, inspiring, and dedicated teacher that always tries her best. 

I am looking forward to meeting you and your child. We have some great things planned for this school year and I can't wait to share them with you!

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
